"Spamming" is sending of multiple unsolicited e-mails or text messages (usually for marketing purposes) to people who have not specially requested it. Software Sales Ltd. accounts are not used to spamming! It is a serious misdemeanor that is not permitted within Software Sales Ltd. You are free not to use e-mail lists which are purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.

As for spam, Software Sales Ltd., Inc. Service Agreement reads: "Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, using an email address, URL that is maintained on an Software Sales Ltd. Systems machine, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to Software Sales Ltd. Systems is STRICTLY prohibited. Software Sales Ltd. Systems will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund. Any service interruptions as a result of subscribers spamming will be billed to the subscriber at $50.00 per hour until service is restored. Subscriber will also be in violation of the Software Sales Ltd. Systems Service Agreement and subject to legal action."
Software Sales Ltd.'s No Tolerance Policy on Spam:
If any Software Sales Ltd. account is used to spam, and Software Sales Ltd. is informed, that account will be closed. No refund will be issued to the customer, and access to any leads in his account will not be given.

Just sending e-mail does not disclose the meaning of spamming. There are certain types of newsgroup postings and mailing list messages which can be classified as spam as well. They are forbidden on the Software Sales Ltd. system.
